“Back to Basics” is a project I undertook with the aim of honing my skills in product composition, lighting and animation. The inspiration for this project came from the clean, aesthetically captivating product animations we often see on the web, highlighting the play of light and shadow to sublimate the product being presented. Watching videos featuring computer keyboards in this aesthetic, I decided to start from this base and create my own interpretation using a typewriter, while retaining the sleek style characteristic of Apple products.
